Help! w/flute playing?

I haven't played flute in about 4-5 months, I used to practice an hour to two hours every day and I took lessons I need help starting back up again! I don't know how to motivate myself or what to start on! My parents said they would get me back into lessons after I started practicing again but i don't know where to begin! I was a very very skilled player before, I was playing college and professional level music while I was still in junior high and I don't know how to get back to that level! thanks!
