Why do Christians hate Charles Darwin?

Darwin is not the sole reason we have the Theory of Evolution. There were other scientists of that time who were making similar observations. The main differences between him and the others are two-fold. First, he put the pieces together to try to explain his observations. The second difference is the reason. Darwin was attempting to explain, using science, that non-whites were inferior; he was a racist of epic proportions. Ironically, his theory has done quite the opposite of what he wanted.
