Do you think it's a good idea for me to take AP classes since I just got out of ESL?

I know this is a ridiculous question to ask, but I've been living in USA for almost 4 years now and my English speaking, listening, talking, and writing were "a little bit" better. I just got out of my ESL class in my Sophomore year and I want to take AP English III and AP US History for my Junior year. So do you think it's a good idea for me to take these classes or just regular even though my English is still limited?
