Could I get into a Ivy League school if I had a 3.1 GPA Freshmen Year?

I just finished my Freshmen year with a 3.1 GPA. I was wondering if I were to get a 4.0 in all honors sophmore year and then take AP classes all junior year and senior year. Would I have a chance to make it into a Ivy. Also get 2200+ on SAT's. I'm a 3 sports person and I do extracurricular activities.
